Emma Reynders works as a lecturer for the Information Management courses at Erasmus University College Brussels. There, she teaches content retrieval, information languages and ontologies. From her training as an archivist, she has expertise in analysing work processes and information flows and optimising access to information. She also works as a policy officer on process innovation for the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
